How to join Rios Health Plan?
Joining Rios Health Plan affiliates is easy. Just follow these steps:

Go to our health plans page and choose the plan from our affiliates that works best for you.

Fill out the [membership application - TBD] form with your personal, family, and contact details, as well as information about your chosen health plan.

Submit the membership application form along with the required documents, such as your ID, proof of income, and proof of address.

Receive confirmation of your membership and your ID card from Rios Health Plan, which will give you access to all of your health plan's benefits and services.
