Meet Dr. Rios
Dr. Rios is the Chief Executive Medical Director and founder of Rios Health Plan. In his role he works setting the strategies and vision, and provides executive leadership for one of the most efficient staff model medical groups in the country. He cultivates a strong relationship with providers in primary care and multiple specialties. Dr. Rios is also responsible for providing quality care delivery by the Health Plan.
Dr. Rios completed his medical school in the University of Xochimilco Mexico and received his board certification in family practice after he completed his residency program in Martin Luther King Hospital in Los Angeles California. Dr. Rios’s Health Plan counts with many primary care medical clinics in multiple cities in California.

We understand that quality health-care is about more than seeing your doctor when you’re sick. We offer all our members care resources that extend beyond the doctor’s office, like fitness programs for seniors, nutrition classes, chronic condition management programs, and one-on-one coaching. Patients with serious health issues or chronic conditions receive extra support custom-tailored to their needs.
